'A' is for 'Ankle strain'!
run run run run.
10 kg on my body.
1km.
clear the obstacles.
final one: low ramp.
jump.
land.
unsteady.
fall to my right.
sat on my ankle.

ouch . . .

honestly, i really thank God that i was still able to participate in the final navigation and field camp assessment despite the injury.
had i missed it, i would have to join other company to be assessed..
but right now, my ankle is hurting...
and i have IPPT test on thursday.
can't run properly and fast enough.
might just fail shuttle run, and SBJ again.
if i don't recover before thursday, i can kiss goodbye to my friday nights again...................
raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrr..........................................
haii........................... friday night arrrr............................

and now, the final one: Grandslam.

field camp was horrible with thunderstorm.
during the rain, exercise cut.
after the rain, exercise resume.
prone in mud, socks and boots wet, underwear wet wet.
gosh.
i haven't been dry for more than 20mins each day ever since tuesday.
sleeping in an area with ants, putting my ground sheet on top of mud, body itching all over because of heat rash . . .
it was really horrible.

grandslam will be on wednesday, and navigation on tues..
i really really pray that the weather will be fine and not rain.
rainy field camp is a horrible field camp.
praying for a better week ahead!

dear Lord, please bring my out of the forest safely and dryly.
please help me to find all the three trees that i am tasked to find with ease.
please prevent me from getting heat rash, funny insect bites, abrasion, foot rot and any other form of skin conditions and medical conditions.
please let me get enough rest each day.
please help me with the tasks that i am assigned to do and do them properly.
in Jesus name i pray, amen.

walk walk walk walk bash bash bash bash.

i hate navigation exercise.
it's just so difficult to keep on track in the forest.
and it is even more difficult to find one tree with signboard among millions of them.
locating that 2 trees during day time is already so frustrating, locating 1 tree at night makes me go '@#$%*^&!'.

well, suck it up. i have to do it again tml.
and one more time next mon.
2 field camps coming right up, 1 per week, goodbye my sleep.

even though now i'm booking in at mainland, the thought of starting another week at camp makes me feel heavy. dreading booking in..
it is definitely more physically demanding and we get to rest less.
lot's of things to study and remember, many exercises to do, little time to sleep.

oh dear Lord, please help me through this strenuous period and keep my health in the pink.
help me to get silver for ippt so i can book out on friday night.
thank you!

i want to book out!!!
